An accurate and advanced electronic pedometer suitable for the walker or jogger who wants to measure exactly how far has been travelled (in miles). This version shows distance in 1/1000 miles up to 99,999 miles, time of journey in seconds up to 59 minutes 59 seconds and in hours up to 99 minutes 59 seconds. Steps can be counted up to 99,999 and average speed (up to 20.45 mph) or steps per minute (up to 225 SPM) calculated. The number of calories burned can be calculated from the stride length, bodyweight and average speed. The scan button option automatically displays dual readings in a continuous three second sequence (distance/speed, distance/calories, distance/time used and steps/steps per minute. The pedometer measures 50mm x 35mm x 10mm, is in a strong belt fitting case with a hinged lid cover and weighs less than 1oz. An extra battery is included.
